"Very cosy apartment. Good sized for a solo traveller spending a lot of time out and about but who also wanted to chill in the evenings. Excellent location in terms of the metro station being under 10 minutes away."

"There was a grey thick blanket in my room that wasn't om the bed but I assume was for use if it gets cold. I used it and it's clear that it's not washed regularly because it smelled of the body odour/sweat of all the people who have clearly used it before me. Highly recommend cleaning staff at least giff it a sniff and see if it needs a wash or not."

"Manager was nice and friendly, provided iron, extra converter. Helped contacting the helper when i accidentally left my key inside my room. He kindly offered to clean the dust inside the heater but I didn't go with the offer given the dust were old - it would take longer time to clean them. I just ignored them. The air-conditioner works very well. The cooker also works very well although no exhaust fan"

"Surprise charge CAD40 on the spot due to late flight despite informed to the owner, old sticky dust inside built-in heater, water heater seemed to be switched off periodically and had to contact owner - switched back on without any explanations?/apology...bathroom ventilation didn't work led to fire alarm rang twice once shower done. Requested for quieter area of the apartment but somehow ended up being placed exactly in the noisiest room right across the bar. Mattress was uncomfortable and there was two very thin pillows. I think can get slightly better quality to allow guests better rest. OK...didn't bother me but all kind of accumulated :)"

"Great, specious apartment with nice big shower! It was close by the Polish cafe where I was eating breakfast every day. Metro station 5 minutes away but I walked to the centre as I like walking and it took about 40 minutes. They allowed me to leave my luggage and collect it before my flight. The neighbourhood seems quiet, I felt safe there."

"There is no reception, so you need to communicate with the owner to be let in and stuff, but that wasn't a big issue for me."

"Comfortable, clean and well sized apartment with good amenities and kitchenette. Close to eateries and restaurants in a nice neighbourhood. A short walk to Frontenac Metro station on the Green Line to McGill Metro station near to Gare Centrale for Via Rail and centre of city. Same Green Line for Dome and Olympic Park."

"Only one washing machine and one dryer in the apartment laundry. However there is a laundromat 700 metres away named Buanderie Bonin."
