"The cabin was very cute and comfortable! Pauline was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and we slept well, and it was an additional pleasant surprise to find the the kitchen so well stocked with breakfast items plus more. We'd definitely be back."

"Just spent 3 lovely days in the charming Thistle Dew Cottage which is nestled in the trees but has an abundance of sunlight due to all the windows. Pauline provides lots of personal touches such as fresh flowers in all the rooms, home made bread and pie and gave us great suggestions as to the local area. Easy walk to Salt Spring Wild Cider which we enjoyed so much we went back the next evening for dinner! Looking forward to a return visit"

"The Cottage was fantastic, just what I needed for my solo visit to Salt Spring Island. Well equipped with essential food and snacks and washing equipment, which was very handy for me as I biked from Victoria and packed light. The bed was so comfy and the cottage has a real charm to it, the photos don't do it justice! Location is great for Ganges and there are some nice trails nearby. The Salt Spring Wild Cider house is on the doorstep and a visit here is a must. The food and cider are amazing. The owner Pauline is one of the loveliest people I have ever met, a true Canadian gem! Her life story is amazing, she is a mine of information and she goes well out of her way for people. I really hope to be back some day soon!"
