"I liked how clean and tidy it was, a 5-star experience I must say! Great location next to a shopping centre which was quite convenient. The staff were very polite - from security guards, to receptionists, kitchen staff as well as cleaning staff. Initially I was sceptical about the area as I was told high insecurity around there, I did not witness any insecurity, unrest or trouble at all during my short stay."

"Just a couple of minor things really, I'd still choose this hotel and highly recommend it to people even if these minor issues aren't fixed. I just wished I could watch local TV channels which I couldn't find when browsing. I did ask at the reception and the receptionist was kind enough to call it in but they never came to reprogramme it. Also, fridge wasn't as cold as it could have been and lastly, I think they should have two key cards, especially for the deluxe room that's advertised for two people."

"The breakfast was amazing, but the location was a little bit challenging for me. However, the price and location of where the hotel is located there is a bit of contrast. Therefore, if they could reduce the price a little bit it would attract more people. But, the other hotel Aqua is more convenient than Stella."

"Stella is a very well run hotel. Very modern and clean. The staff is excellent. They should be paid for overtime as they are very dedicated to the success of the hotel. Also they should be paid a good salary rate, not the minimal as many live far away and travel long distances to be on time to do their jobs. They were all very professional and a loyal staff should be remunerated for good work."

"There should be an elevator. In the photos it does not show the long set of stairs that I had to climb with my bad knee. Also I was in room 15 and the Air Conditioning machines should be isolated because I had to use earplugs to sleep."
