"The staff was really accommodating and friendly. As soon as you enter the room, there is a lot of wood which makes it very cosy. Also there is music in the room to set the vibes to chill and relax. Also there was a welcoming drink; champagne and in the room a bottle of water with mint which was sweet and delicious. The lunch and breakfast was exceptional and you can understand that the food is homemade. The most amazing view of the Alps."
"During check in, they forgot to give us the keys and we needed to ask from the reception. We also found it difficult to contact reception for some water during the night and we ended up sending message through booking.com . The water came the following morning."

"We showed up to the property via organized car from the hotel and were extremely impressed immediately by the service. The hotel itself exudes luxury yet so cozy with fires going. We have two young kids that were so happy with the cozy nook they had in our room with their own beds. We were on a 3 week vacation in Italy and Switzerland and had the best meals here."

"The food was great, the Service Team was very friendly and helpful and what was extraordinery the lovely attitude to dogs. Our Schnauzer got as good service as us. In the room there was everything ready - a bed, 2 bowls, treats, dog towels. At the restaurant the same. I never experienced such a nice dogfriendly aproach. Thank you so much! We will be back definitely!"
