"Excellent location and a very spacious suite that had a partial lake view! It was my son’s birthday and the hotel staff had organized a cake and small gifts as a surprise at the arrival in our room! Very lovely gesture! The reception staff were all very nice and the newly renovated parts of the hotel are beautiful. We would definitely stay again as very good value for money."
"The hotel is currently under renovation and the breakfast is served on the 5th floor in a kind of worn out space and the options are not great for a 5 star establishment. However, having known this in advance as the hotel sent us a message beforehand it still works out fine."

"チューリッヒ中央駅から歩いて行けること。電車代を節約したかったので旧市街の街並みを見ながら川沿いの道を20〜30分かけてゆっくり歩きました。観光にも便利な場所にあります。 バスタオルの無料貸し出しがあり、朝食も無料でついているので物価の高いチューリッヒでは本当に助かりました。"
