"Friendly staff with a family vibe, good breakfast, clean, renovated rooms, comfy bed and pillows, and the delicious home made cookies on our departure. We felt very welcomed."

"In an older building, the hotel has a homely feel, with welcoming owners, who are friendly and helpful. The rooms are fitted out well and have plenty of space. The breakfast is very good, with a choice of breads, croissants, cereals etc. And the location is only a short walk from the Busterminal."

"Disappointed that the restaurant / bar was closed Mon & Tues which were 2 out of 3 days for me. I was not aware of this beforehand. The breakfast was adequate but fairly basic."

"A small family hotel. They welcomed us with a smile. The owner of the place helped us with every need. Entry to the sauna, a walk around, and more. A quiet hotel, clean, well-kept hotel, located in the city center right next to the church. The breakfast was fresh and good."

"Fantastic central location and great value for money. Owners are super friendly and welcoming, with a very personal touch. The rooms are not the newest, but absolutely meet expectations for the money. Breakfast is also very extensive for the class of hotel. Would recommend any time."

Check-in was friendly, the room was spotless, clean and nicely presented, the breakfast was outstanding and exceedingly generous, and the location was perfect... literally across from the (very) local rail line and a short walk to a couple of lovely restaurants."

"It was perfect, with very friendly staff. Located next to the railway station. We had to leave early in the morning and they suggested to prepare a lunch box for take away as breakfast was not open yet. It was very clean and the bed very comfortable."

"From start to finish the experience was amazing, the hospitality was outstanding from the owners and loved that it is family run and the laid back atmosphere. No question or request was too much and they always had time to answer anything or get anything we needed. The location was perfect for us to access the slopes, walk our dog around the area and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We arrived late on the first night and went to find something to eat but everything was closed, the chef kindly made us some pasta and this just shows the ethos here and they really do go above and beyond. We even had breakfast after we checked out and there was no feeling of being rushed or ushered out. The spa is a nice touch but the best feature by far is the fire and the cosy feel around the hotel. We loved every moment. There's a ski storage room with heated boot racks which is another great addition, they really thought about everything needed to make an excellent experience."
