"The room was very spacious, and both the breakfast team and the food were excellent. The staff member who handled our check-in was extremely helpful, taking the time to explain the hotel facilities and give us useful information about Basel. Robin was especially kind and friendly."

"We loved this hotel, very friendly & helpful staff. The room was superb and the bed & pillows so so comfortable disappointed we only stayed 2 nights. Only ten minutes to the river with a free concert on the Saturday night, Also some great restaurants nearby. We’d happily stay again and can recommend this hotel especially if going on a cruise down the Rhine as the dock is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi away."

"Excellent breakfast , Great location with walking distance to the centre and tram services opposite the hotel. Welcoming staff. Club room access was an extra bonus offering refreshments and a few snacks and sweets. Basel card was great with half price of admission to places like the zoo and free public transport"
"Upon cleaning the number of bath towels left were incorrect but this was quickly resolved. Having Lock on the bathroom door would be a good addition"
