Situated right at the bank of the well-known Blausee lake with its crystal-clear blue water, this hotel features a gourmet restaurant offering trout and other delicious treats. A spa area including an outdoor hot tub is there as well. The elegantly furnished rooms of the Hotel & Spa Blausee offer views of the Bernese Alps and some have lake views. Each comes with a private bathroom. With its 13 Gault Millau points, the fine-dining restaurant serves regional fish, meat and vegetarian dishes and selected wines. A 4-course dinner is available on request. There is also the Blausee Cafe in which we serve bagels, homemade cakes and specialty coffees. Both have a terrace open in summer. Evenings can be spent in front of the fireplace in the cosy lounge or at the bar. Spa facilities are available for free and include a sauna, a sanarium, a steam grotto and a hot tub. Children can have fun on the adventure playground, you can enjoy rides on the lake with a boat featuring a glass bottom and visit the on-site trout farm. The Blausee hotel is located 900 metres above sea level, a 10-minute drive or bus ride from Frutigen and Kandersteg. Free private parking is possible 200 metres away.

"自然公園入口で、ホテル宿泊と伝えたら、ホテルに電話をしてくれ待つこと数分でゴルフカートのような電気自動車で迎えに来てくださったので、公園内の道を大きな荷物運びせずに助かりました。 部屋には、寝心地良いベッドにデスクセット、シャワーのみのバスルームとシンプルな設備で、テレビや冷蔵庫はないのですが、素晴らしい自然環境に囲まれていて、落ち着いた滞在ができました。廊下に無料のコーヒー紅茶とリンゴが置かれていたのもよかったです。 色々選べるアラカルト料理の朝食は8:00から10:00、美味しくて見た目にもきれい。湖の綺麗な風景を眺めながらの素敵なひとときでした。朝食を食べる時間がない場合は、大きくてハムとチーズがタップリのサンドイッチにフルーツ4種類、ベリーパイ、水のパックを用意して下さるのも嬉しいポイントでした。"

"池の辺りで静かなところ。お食事が大変美味しく、スタッフが皆働き者で見ていて気持ちがいい。お部屋のお湯もしっかり出る。チェックアウトの日に早朝出発のため朝食がとれないことが分かると、チーズハムの入った大きなサンドイッチ、お水、ケーキ、りんごを紙袋に入れて持たせてくれた。気遣いに感謝。"

"The room was beautiful and the view was incredible. The ability to sit on the balcony over the lake and full view of the snowy mountains was very special. The bathroom was nicely warm especially after a shower, it’s this little things like this that elevated the room experience. The staff were wonderful, offering advice on locations like a waterfall that wasn’t overrun by tourists, this waterfall was a great recommendation by staff! The food was exceptional, the chef of our dinner meal knows high quality. Every detail about the hotel, staff and surrounding nature park was inviting and lovely. Jumping on the bus was so easy to navigate to the next towns. Would recommend!"
"This was our first time ever staying in a hotel that didn’t have a tiny refrigerator in the room for our morning energy drink / iced coffee, so that’s an adjustment on our part. But nothing to write here because everything was spectacular."
"It was my second time at this hotel, this time we had a lot of snow and the lake was beautiful. The room is comfortable with a very nice view, the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a la carte and delicious. I didn't have dinner at the hotel. Free parking."

"The hotel is very, very charming, with exceptional staff and a royal breakfast by the lake. The coolest thing is that you get to enjoy the lake all to yourself in the evening and early in the morning!!"
