"バス停からも近くて静かな場所にありました。ベッドの寝心地も良かったです。部屋は思ったほど広くはなかったけれどバルコニー(隣りの部屋のと壁もなく繋がってますが。)があって良かった。電子ケトルはないけどコーヒーマシンでなんとか代用できました○ 朝食はパンの種類は多くはなかったけれど温かくて美味しいクロワッサンを食べることができました。チェックイン前にレストランで注文して食べたピザが美味しかったです。スタッフも感じ良かったです。明るくて親切なオーナーのAntonioさんに特に感謝しています。 Grazie della Sua cortesia!"
"受付の綺麗な若い女性に、連れと代わる代わる何度言ってもBergbahnen inclusive(Mountain railways inclusive) Cardを発行してくれなかったので(冬の間だけだとかそんなはずないのに)、午後15時過ぎに親切なオーナーご夫妻に訊ねたらすぐに発行してくださいました。若い受付の女性は発行の仕方が分からなかったのか何か事情があったのでしょうが、とにかく感じ良くはありませんでした。"

"This hotel was more beautiful than we imagined. The room was spacious, clean and very modern, the bed was incredibly comfortable and breakfast included had an amazing choice of food options and the coffee was superb. The parking options were great right outside Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating we would recommend. Thank you to all the team at Hotel Cervo."

"チューリッヒ中央駅から歩いて行けること。電車代を節約したかったので旧市街の街並みを見ながら川沿いの道を20〜30分かけてゆっくり歩きました。観光にも便利な場所にあります。 バスタオルの無料貸し出しがあり、朝食も無料でついているので物価の高いチューリッヒでは本当に助かりました。"
