The charming, historic and family-run Hotel Oberland in the centre of Lauterbrunnen is only a 5-minute walk away from the train station. The Staubbach waterfall is nearby. Hotel Oberland's popular restaurant serves cheese fondue or Röstis. All rooms come with cable TV. Most also comprise a balcony with views of the waterfall or the surrounding mountains. Lauterbrunnen is a popular place to visit all year round. Some parking spaces are available in front of the hotel for 15 CHF per day and these are subject to availability. Otherwise public parking is available beside the church for an hourly fee.

"バルコニーからの景色がとてもよく、設備も整っていました。朝食ビュッフェも充実しており、スタッフもフレンドリー。ホテル一階のレストランでディナーもしましたが、こちらもとても満足でした！"

"This was our second stay at this lovely hotel in beautiful Lauterbrunnen and we really hope we get to come back again. The location is fantastic, making this a really good base for exploring the Muerren ski area on one side of the valley or Wengen/Grindelwald on the other side. Breakfast is really good to get the day going and the hotel has really friendly and helpful staff. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel but there is a lovely bar and restaurant for those that don’t want to eat elsewhere. I really can’t fault this place and hope to be back."

"It was perfect, with very friendly staff. Located next to the railway station. We had to leave early in the morning and they suggested to prepare a lunch box for take away as breakfast was not open yet. It was very clean and the bed very comfortable."

"From start to finish the experience was amazing, the hospitality was outstanding from the owners and loved that it is family run and the laid back atmosphere. No question or request was too much and they always had time to answer anything or get anything we needed. The location was perfect for us to access the slopes, walk our dog around the area and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We arrived late on the first night and went to find something to eat but everything was closed, the chef kindly made us some pasta and this just shows the ethos here and they really do go above and beyond. We even had breakfast after we checked out and there was no feeling of being rushed or ushered out. The spa is a nice touch but the best feature by far is the fire and the cosy feel around the hotel. We loved every moment. There's a ski storage room with heated boot racks which is another great addition, they really thought about everything needed to make an excellent experience."
