"Reception staff were really outstanding. Phoned me to see what time I was checking in and left my room card with the bar staff. Very helpful with sorting my parking and cable car tickets. I like the style and layout of the hotel. Very nice manner, polite and engaging. Gym facilities are as good as many private gyms I've been to."
"It was my fault! Turned up just a few minutes late for dinner at the restaurant. I ate there last year and really liked it. Just a heads up that there aren't many other options near by. Ended up having to hit the local fuel station!"

"チューリッヒ中央駅から歩いて行けること。電車代を節約したかったので旧市街の街並みを見ながら川沿いの道を20〜30分かけてゆっくり歩きました。観光にも便利な場所にあります。 バスタオルの無料貸し出しがあり、朝食も無料でついているので物価の高いチューリッヒでは本当に助かりました。"
