"Everything. “The photos on the website give a misleading impression. The kitchen was dirty, with very few dishes and pans. No kettle, no coffee maker. The microwave was dirty. The entire interior was outdated and either damaged or broken. The bathroom had mold and soap residue. No extractor hood above the stove, which only had two (!) burners.”"
