"Friendly staff, spacious room, good location."
"Wasn’t made aware about requirement for cash payment until arrival. Booking.com should address this. Room was comfortable, tho a little tired. Could do with curtains. Some info about parks and requirements for booking ahead (we couldn’t get into park) would have been useful."
"The hotel was clean and cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff, including the maid and owner, were welcoming and friendly. The backyard has a pool and chairs with a great view of the volcano. Location was great as well. We only stayed for one night but I wish we stayed for longer! Would strongly recommend B&B de German."

"German is a knowledgeable, entertaining and kind host. He is always available and his staff is super caring. We loved our room up in the house, it felt like we were in a chalet. When we came the weather was not too hot, so we couldn’t enjoy the common areas outdoors, but I wish we could come back for it, it looked very pretty and relaxing. The breakfast was super extensive and you feel pampered the moment you enter the house."
