"It was advertised with a kitchenette or at least kettle for hot drinks. It had neither."
"Location very good, was on one of the main streets of Pucón. Staff was very helpful and accommodating with arranging for an official invoice for my stay which I needed for work. Keyless check in meant I could check-in after hours due to flight delay."
"A better hand towel rack is needed near the sink. A reading light could be installed near the work desk, it was a little too dark for working."
