"ウユニからアタカマへ行けるツアーの最中に、10件ほどのWhatsAppを受信していました。チェックイン時間を事前に連絡するのが礼儀じゃないのか、日本人はチリ人より良い教育を受けてるんじゃないのか、この予約はあなただよね？等々。電波がない中でなぜそんなに言われなければならないのか不愉快でした。ただオーナーは親切な方でしたので、感謝しています。これは備忘録的に残しておきます。"

"タティオ間欠泉に行くツアーもあるためかアーリーチェックアウトの対応もよく、朝食も準備してくれていたのでとても助かった。シャワーにお湯が出るのもよかった"

"とても快適でした。アタカマとウユニのツアーをロドリゴを通じて申し込みましたが、どれも素晴らしかったです。レートのよい両替所も案内してくれました。周囲もとても安全です。朝と夜はかなり寒いので、暖かいシャワーがいつでも使えたのがよかったです。"

"オーナーの方がとても親切で旅行のアドバイスをしてくれた。鍵付きのロッカーがあり安心。ツアーで朝6時に出発するため朝食の時間までいられなかったが、紙袋に包んで朝食用のスナックを持たせてくれた。"

"ホストがめっちゃフレンドリー。スタッフが常に清掃していて綺麗。朝食にカットフルーツ、パンケーキ、卵、ハム、チーズ、パン、エスプレッソという選択肢がある。（美味しい！）中心地から割と近い。"

"Lovely breakfast and clean facilities, definitely would recommend staying here as a base to explore Atacama. You can get breakfast to go if you're leaving early for a tour which is great. I met some fun people here too"

"I was on the top bunk which was very close to the ceiling and kept hitting my head climbing up, so just something to be aware if you're on the taller side, might be worth requesting a bottom bunk!"

"Our experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. Maria (the Manager) provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Maria even gave us a lift to the starting point of a hike we were doing outside Futaleufu, and helped us with transport at the end of our stay. A truly wonderful person who deserves recognition for her work. The hotel facilities were excellent. The room was lovely and warm, with very comfortable beds. We had requested a quiet room and Maria met that request. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice, delicious scrambled eggs and lemon meringue pie."
