"Helpful staff and very safe environment."

"Quite a walk to the centre."

"I liked the location, it is close to the metro and you can get to the center by foot. The room was pretty and spacious. The breakfast was good. The sir at the frontesk was always nice and welcoming. I felt like at home."

"The family next door was a bit loud in the mornings. I heard them every day leaving around 6 AM."

"Although the hotel Is a little bit dated you can find there everything you need. The staff is great, they do the best to help you with everything. It is good to ask for a heater because the rooms tend to be cold."

"There is a big problem with wifi. Practicaly did not work. That is the ONLY thing which did not make me happy."

"We had a very nice time here. Breakfast is very good. Quiet location. Very kind and helpful people: We came very late from the airport and they were waiting for us, until we arrived. Very good service."

"Hotel doesn’t have a sign outside which made it more difficult to find. Breakfast was basic but a little small. Room quite small."

"Great room and very helpful and friendly staff"

"The breakfast was a bit sober"

"I would call this place as nice GUEST HOUSE!! Runing by the great manager Felix and his elders, This great family was very friendly, providing us a nice breakfast, and advicing many usefull things.. Location was also convinient, 20 min. walk to the heart of Santiago.. It is a real budget place to stay.."

"No an electrick ventilation in a bathroom.."

"Everything was clean The host was very nice and helped us with everything he could, he also speaks English it was quiet when we stayed there breakfast wasn't too much but okay, bread with ham, cheese, butter and jam, tea or instant coffee WiFi worked well in our room"

"you could open the bathrooms window from outside, but we could lock the door to the room from the rooms side, so we still felt save. the room was a bit moisty, so wet stuff wouldn't really dry."
