"I enjoyed my stay and it’s located in a good, upmarket area. The rooms are clean and comfortable too. The interiors are playful and athletically pleasing too."
"I arrived a day late due to flight complications. I informed the staff via WhatsApp / booking.com in advance of my stay. Their communication is very poor as my messages were not picked up to inform them of my new arrival details. I was therefore charge for the nights stay that I missed (which was to be expected as non refundable) BUT they also charged me for the rather expensive dinner that had been prepared for me. I gave enough warning to cancel the chef (who they bring in for staying guests) but it’s clear they forgot of didn’t pick up my messages. I will have to claim the nights stay and additional dinner on insurance!"

"I loved how welcoming we were received, and how ambient and beautifully designed everything is. Breakfast was made with so much love you could taste it! The garden is gorgeous and the personnel incredible, so sweet and passionate about making your stay just perfect. The small hotel has some really nice lounge areas that I could sit all day. It just felt very chill and relaxing. I'd definitely come back."

"Family run and so friendly and safe. Loved the garden & inside outside vibe. The area is gorgeous and has great shops & restaurants. Breakfast is huge, but you can tailor it to your needs. Poor dad went from trying to feed me everything to 2 perfectly boiled eggs. A great base in San Jose and a very nice neighbourhood."

"This place is awesome! It is a boutique hotel with great service, clean beds, nice decor. The included breakfast is UNREAL! And we also had dinner there which was great. This is defiantly an alternative experience from a hotel, it is more of a house feel and very cozy with all the cleanliness and upscale expectations from a nice hotel."
