"Quiet and clean, nice hammock and good space close to the beach The owners are soooooo sweet, kind, left me alone, but provided me w all the recs I wanted. Made it super easy to check in and out."

"Too much bright white light The hot shower wasn’t strong Decor and pillows weren’t the best There was a bridge to get to the gate to open to the parking garage of the Airbnb, really didn’t like having to drive in the dark get out of the car, move this massive gate, and then park the car and move the gate again. That was probably the most frustrating part of the experience. Overall it was ok."

"Very nice location! Lovely private area, with a very nice deck. Inside the villa you can hear absolutely no road noise. Outside on the deck you will hear very little. Large parking area with plenty of space."

"De badkamer was comfortabel en we konden goed koken in een ruime keuken."

"The room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, I had a desk and good TV reception. There was literally everything you could possibly need in the kitchen for cooking. Vilma was very friendly, welcoming and generous. There is a little shop around the corner that has a lot of foodstuffs and a Colombian panaderia, just literally a minute down the road, which is super clean, run by a very friendly Colombian couple which has just opened and will be serving meals too."

"Our 3-night stay at the only one basic but tasteful cabin of EYA Ecolodge felt like a real privilege. This ‘off the beaten track’ location gave us a real authentic Costa Rican experience. After the challenge of the unpaved mountain access road (try to be there before dark!), we found ourselves in a tranquil large farm garden with very diverse flowers, trees, crops and birds alike. Run by a very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable family of three, this place is a secret heaven for lovers of nature and birds. Every meal (breakfast/dinner) was a prepared by Yuri with love and creativity and was a surprise feast for the eye and stomach. Esteban’s knowledge of the local bird species and his crops (mainly cocoa, coffee), gave an extra dimension to our visit. The conversations with the whole family, including daughter Abby, are unforgettable. As a bird photographer myself, I highly recommend this hidden gem to all birders."

"This accommodation is adjacent and affiliated with a good restaurant (La parrilla de pepe). There is an incredible view of the valley and coast westward from the deck of the room. The beds are comfortable and feature a pedestal design enabling cleaning underneath."
