"The condominium was very comfortable. Balcony had a great view!"
"I didn't rent via Crocs but through Vacasa. This was very stressful as they requested documents, I.D.'s, verifications, and signatures. I had sent all that the night before and when I went to check in, they was no record of the reservation. It took alot of calls and emails to finally reach the Vacasa host. No breakfast Included."
"The place is much larger than what it looks in person in my opinion. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The restaurants were good too."

"The guest policy does not allow for friends, legitimate massage therapists, or anyone to visit your unit without permission from the owner, which is unacceptable. I have family in CR and rented a 2 bedroom unit so that in case my children were in Costa Rica, they could stay with me. Vacasa was easy to work with. I lived in Jaco for many years and have a spa that came to my home to give massages regularly. The front desk staff vehemently refused to allow any guests upstairs without permission from the owner even after Vacasa said that 2 more guests were included in the condo fee. Massage therapists with tables and professional uniforms should not be considered "guests." I felt like if my long-time friends in Jaco wanted to visit me, that would have been restricted also. Why rent a 2 bedroom condo with a kitchen if I can't cook for friends or live in the space like a resident. But there is a policy per the front desk to allow "guests" between 10pm and 5am. Which means they have a provisional policy for hookers but hassle people who want regular guests. That was frustrating. Shower in the master bedroom did not work but the one in the 2nd bedroom did so we used that one."
"This is a large resort and it feels like you’re in one of a large American hotels, including a wonderful poolscape!"
"It’s not intimate like a lot of your Costa Rican hotels. In fact, you would never know you were in Costa Rica unless you left the hotel."

"The room had a great view of the pool and ocean. Two private suites with private bathroom and one extra guest bathroom. Plenty of cooking supplies. Also, the pool was FANTASTIC!"
"The fans would only move one very slow speed. The balcony had railing with spaces that were large between slots then desired. Concerned my toddler could slip through."
