"The location of the accommodation is excellent, and the host is very helpful and easy to reach. The accommodation has everything that was promised and is well maintained and clean. From here, it’s easy to walk to the beaches, the city center, and other services."
"The only downside relates to the period before check-in. The payment instructions were somewhat inconsistent, which caused me some stress before the trip. Please note that both the accommodation fee and a €100 security deposit must be paid in advance before you receive the booking confirmation and check-in instructions. However, the deposit was refunded as promised. Once I followed the host’s instructions regarding payment and other procedures, everything went smoothly and exactly as agreed. If the instructions are clarified, there are essentially no real issues."

"Localização central, mas com vista para a montanha. Na rua do hospital, farmácia e vários supermercados. Apartamento novo, amplo, limpo. Com máquina de lavar roupa, tostadeira, máquina de café, detergentes. Ribeira grande na minha opinião é o melhor local para ficar em santo antão. Central, com Vários restaurantes, supermercados, locais para levantar dinheiro. A Doris foi muito prestável quando pedi que me indicasse onde comprar um bolo de aniversário, conseguiu um contacto de alguém local. Também referenciou um táxi que nos foi buscar ao ferry e fez todos os nossos transportes, exceto quando apanhamos transporte colectivo, que também é perto do apartamento."
"Beautiful apartment. The location is also good. 19 min walk to Quebra Beach which is good for swimming and relaxing. Good restaurants there. It was clean and the internet was good."
"This property was the perfect retreat for us after spending 11 nights in the hustle and bustle of Santa Maria. You get the whole of the terrace and pool to yourselves, there are no other guests. Breakfast, including their own home baked bread, is prepared and served on the terrace by the owners. Ralf and Cris are very perceptive at gauging you plans for the day and proffering useful suggestions. A special place."

"It is an excellent place for a group or a bigger family. The terrace offers a great view from a comfy couch, surrounded by nice decoration. The owner was extremely helpful with organizing the transport and answering other question. The location is good, there is a shop within a 5 min walk and a bar just around the corner."
