"オーナーが非常に親切。親身に旅程の相談に乗ってくれて、非常にタイトなスケジュールにも関わらず、翌日のドライバー等も手配してくれた。また、祝日でレストランやスーパーの閉店が多かったため、事前に開店状況を電話で確認した上で場所を案内してくれた。 部屋やバスルーム、キッチンは広く、設備も非常に綺麗だった。Wifiのアクセスも良好。 ビーチや港に近く、坂も上らずにアクセスできる。 建物への入り方が一見分かりづらいが、事前に到着予定を伝えていたところ、ベランダで待っていてくれたのでスムーズにチェックインできた。"

"I can still hear Tomasio, the owner, in my ears, scolding his naughty but adorable cat, Óscar, who made my day there... So even if the place is not a five-star hotel, it deserves a high rating, mainly because of them."
"First night was hotter than I prefered, but this is CV, and I got used to it. And there is no elevator, but that was not a problem for me. All in all, I enjoyed my staying there!"

"The location is perfect, safe and next to restaurants, shops, public transport, ferry port and Laginha, the most beautiful beach in Mindelo. The owner was willing to help, was quite flexible and gave me accurate and useful turistical and local information about the neighbourhood, the whole city, the Carnival and visits to Santo Antão island. The room and the whole appartment is even better than on the pictures. I strongly recommend for your stay in Mindelo. The room is huge, with a comfortable double bed, more than enough storing place, towels, coffee, tea, kettle and kitchen access. The owner speaks fluent Italian, Portuguese and creole and even taught me some creole language basics."
