"The villa was beautiful, and in a perfect location. The beds were comfy, air con worked great, and pool was amazing. We had a wedding at Nissi beach hotel, and could walk there in 5 minutes. Owners were responsive and very helpful. Shops all within easy reach. We cant wait to come back."

"Výborná poloha ubytování. S majiteli se skvěle komunikovalo, odpověď vždy během pár minut. Krásný čistý bazén, vybavení vily nad naše očekávání."

"Good communication, host was very friendly and helpful, property was excellent, quiet and very spacious. All amenities provided were satisfying. Everything needed during the stay was provided, the beach is really only 5minutes away, and stores as well as bus stops to Ayia Napa and other locations around the city and area are all within walking distance. Perfect for a summer vacation with good friends or family at sea. Would definitely recommend!"

"Spacious House for 10 adults with fully equipped BBQ, ping pong table, billiard etc. Available 5 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. Well equipped kitchen, large garden table for cozy breakfasts, outside jacuzzi and fireplace for cold nights. It’s the second year we booked this place the same group and definately we gonna return the next winter. Looks exactly like photos!"

"The food was fantastic! We looked forward to every single meal. We enjoyed a swim up room and I highly recommend it! The room had everything we needed and the view was beautiful. As I was pregnant, I requested a quiet room and they gave us one on the very end, which was perfect. We loved the location as it was quiet at this time of year."

"We (a family of four adults and a baby of 7 months) stayed at Villa Sunrise for 12 days and had such a great time! Before arrival Steve was kind to send us descriptions on how to get to the villa and pictures of the driveway. The house was clean and aircondition worked perfectly. The pool was great and was cleaned by a poolman twice a week. The house had everything we needed, they even prepared a baby bed for us, and we used the outdoor grill several times. Perfect location on a quite street and few minutes walk from a very child friendly beach. Steve was very helpful and quick to answer our messages."
