"The apartment was well appointed and clean, and the staff were excellent --they spoke fluent English and were always willing to help - the gym was small but probably the best hotel gym I have experienced in over 40 years of travel and over 50 countries. It was near a supermarket and walking distance to malls"
"The only two things that negatively impacted my stay were that the swimming pool was not open, but it was advertised in booking.com as being open . I spoke with staff about this, and they upgraded me to a better room.- so they did the best they could, but it should have been advertised that the pool was not open The construction work on the top level was pretty noisy during the day - but they are trying to improve their hotel so there was not much the coukd do about it"
"the best part for me is the staff at the front desk they was exceptional and very helpful. It's also a very clean and modern hotel with all the basic needs and easy to access all the main attractions in santo domingo and for the price and what you get you can't go wrong."

"I was there 1 year ago and then there was no wifi on the 11th floor where the swimming pool and outdoor area are and I told them they had to get it but when I came back nothing had been done. it's too bad when you have wifi on all floors except 11."

"i needed a hair dryer..and in the morning i tried to make coffee but it never boiled out and after 10 min of waiting i gave up. i wanted a very high floor but i was assigned apartment on the 5th floor but i understand higher floors were probably full"
