"We had a beautiful stay at Tamindo. The apartment was great, well-located, quiet. The swimming -pool is very good. Our host answered all our questions and was here for us."

"Es una buena opción fuera del all inclusive .Cómodo y seguro.El depto austero/el complejo muy lindo /la pileta buena y todo el personal muy amable siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesites.El seguridad un genio.y Bárbara siempre atenta .Lo recomiendo.Buen lugar para tener libertad .La playa hay que caminar un poco ,negocios de comestibles cerca."

"I was so pleased with my experience at Villa Mar Sosua that I ended up staying twice more on my 3 week trip traveling around the DR! BEAUTIFUL property, cutely decorated rooms, and very kind staff. As a solo female traveler in the DR for my very first time, I was a bit nervous about safety - and I felt SO SAFE here on this property. Parking was easy, and they have a restaurant on site too (though I didn't end up getting to try it)."

"This is a lovely little hostel. It's very basic, you probably won't have hot showers, and the rooms are small. It is all immaculately clean though, and the owner is an absolute star. He will make you welcome and look after you, he also makes fantastic coffee. WiFi is also weirdly good. Just manage expectations, it's a cute little place in a unique location, but with few luxuries. Good value though, clean and well run."
