"Location was great. A secluded apartment within 15 minute walk to town. The apt. was fully equipped with everything necessary. The host was helpful with arranging taxis and other questions about the area."

"The place is very comfortable, clean, quiet, and safe. It has a spacious kitchen and a good size bathroom with steady hot water. It is surrounded by nature, hummingbirds and it has a wonderful view of the Mandango mountain."

"Alpha House is rustic, clean, and comfortable. We are able bodied, so walking uphill on unpaved roads was not an issue, and we enjoyed being out of the center on foot, though taxis were always available. Our hosts were superb from the moment we were greeted upon arrival. 100% non-smoking, scent-free, scent sensitive, fully screened, and quiet. This is not a hotel; with the ability to relax and cook, Alpha House is a great choice for stays of a week or longer."
