"設備が整っていて、屋上のテラスからの景色が綺麗で、ゆっくりとそこで過ごすことができました。フェリー乗り場、飲食店から近くとても便利でした。"

"The hotel was clean. Good location. Many restaurants around. Walked to charles Darwin centre. Good beach around ..towels provided. Lovely rooftop seating and views ... Tea coffee facilities 24hrs and Fresh fruit and snacks .Water dispenser on each floor . Room very nicely decorated. The area safe. The port very close visible from rooftop."

"Great property! The room was spacious, charmingly decorated, and spotless. The roof terrace was always available and offered a nice place to relax and enjoy breakfast or the complimentary drinks and snacks. The location is very convenient- minutes away from everything a tourist is looking for. Felipe was very friendly and helpful."
"Nothing really. There was a lot of street noise on the Friday night, but it didn't go too late, and it's the trade off for being so centrally located, so we didn't mind. The other two nights were pretty quiet."
"The hotel and staff were lovely…friendly and helpful. We had a great view on the highest room floor overlooking the pier. Spacious room as we booked the triple and very clean. Breakfast was good each day freshly prepared with omelette or scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, coffee etc up on the top floor which is also a nice chill out area anytime after breakfast. Room designs were exactly as pictures and very comfortable overall."
"Our only issue was a barking dog just over the road which meant we had disturbed sleep every night of our four night stay. On our last night the dog barked incessantly from 2.30am until 5.30am so very frustrating. The owner of the dog clearly doesn’t care or respect anyone else nearby and probably little the hotel can do about it unless there are local noise laws they can investigate? Sadly I fear they will lose business if reviews keep pointing this barking issue out and I would not want that as they’re clearly a hard working and friendly team. It’s such a shame as it did spoil our stay at this lovely hotel. Maybe they could supply earplugs to each room until the dog issue can be resolved?"
"This is the second time we stayed here. Felipe stored our bags while we went to Isabela Island for 4 nights. Can't thank them enough. This is really the best place to stay in Santa Cruz!"

"Amazing accomodation in Santa Cruz. The staff, especially Felipe were so friendly and accommodating. You can see the ocean from your room and it is a short 2 minute walk to the pier to head out to the islands. The rooftop terrace was great for afternoon beers and the included breakfast which changed slightly every day was fantastic. Great value for the price, stay here if you can!"
