"A truly spectacular loft! Lovely accommodation, very comfortable bed, loads of clothes storage and very well equipped. The location is fantastic with a great selection of very good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Easy walking distance of La Carolina park and also the La Carolina metro station with a great service into the historic centre of Quito. Wonderful."

"Access was very easy. The security guard checked our passports then gave us the keys. The places was spotless and location was ideal. It had all of the basics needed for cooking and coffee. It is a short walk to one of the best Italian restaurants in Quito...Romolo e Remo."

"Location was really nice, we were comparing between Mariscal Area and this area, but it it definitely better the location we chose as we are family: comfortable, safe, many restaurantes around there. The kitchen was well-equipped with coffee, several teas, salt, sugar, oil and some basic spices."

"Yamile was a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to help us when one of us got sick. She was very responsive to requests. Her apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay."

"Great location; the back of the property opens up onto the beach and the town center is about a ten-minute walk. The A/C worked well. There was a hot plate. There's also a small loft, but we didn't use it as there were no linens provided. There's an outside seating area with a table that we enjoyed."
