Really safe area and a short walk from lots of restaurants and bars. Good communication from the host with recommendations of what to do in the city. Payment is in cash but that was made clear beforehand so not a negative for me"

"Yamile is the best!! From the moment I booked the apartment she was in contact providing helpful information, tips on activities for my stay and great advice. She is very responsive and easy to talk to. She went out of her way to ensure I had a great stay even making accommodations for me when there was a complication on my end. I didn't encounter a single snag during my time there which helped give me the relaxing vacation I needed! The suite was perfect for my needs and located in an area near La Carolina parque full of good restaurants, cafes and stores. All within a 5 minute or less walk. When I return to Quito I will definitely book with her again!!"

"I'm almost want to keep this apartment to myself. It is the best. We stay in Quito about once a month. It is very well equiped and maintained. We tried to book it again for November and it was not available for our dates. It seems to be in demand. As a bonus, the bakery/coffee shop (Uko) in the ground floor of the building is top notch. It is convenient to many, many restaurants and transportation."
