"スタッフさんがとても優しい！チェックアウト後、夜行バスに乗るまでの時間どうしようかと思ってたら、荷物も預かってくれたしロビーや共有スペースにいくらでも居ていいよと言ってくれた！洗濯もしてくれて助かりました！"

"Decent location - not too far from the centre. The volunteers are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are simple but comfy. The communal area is small but nice - with snacks and coffee to purchase. Decent value for money."

"As the name suggests, The accomodation is located in a very convenient central part of the city. Many fairly priced restaurants around, and if you want to splurge, there are some upper-market cafes a short walking distance also. And as a cherry on the cake, there are some great views of a nearby, frequently erupting volcano Rosa, the host, goes above and beyond making sure you feel welcome, comfortable, and are armed with enough knowledge to get the most out of her city. I originally stayed here as a stop over town to break up my travels. But ended up staying a little longer because I enjoyed it so much."

"Our stay at Mark’s exceeded our expectations. Most accomodation on the Galapagos is ridiculously expensive or super budget with little attention/ care. Mark’s is neither of those. From the beginning there was excellent communication. The space is well equipped with a kitchen if you enjoy cooking and is located in a more suburban area with many local stores to purchase food. It’s only a 10minute walk to the centre which we enjoyed as we saw a different side to Santa Cruz. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Andrea for making us feel so welcome."

"The hotel is on the boulevard, so that is perfect. The town is really small, so you can walk to all the restaurants easily in a few minutes. The bed was comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning. The staff is really nice and available to help with any information you need."

"Una experiencia increíble, tan cerca del centro de la ciudad y en un sector muy seguro. Tuvimos la oportunidad de alojarnos en esta hermosa quinta, donde Paúl fue un excelente anfitrión, nos ayudó a que nuestra estadía sea única. Disfruté con mi esposa de toda la quinta, el jacuzzi es magnífico lo disfrutamos en familia y el turco nos renovó por completo, Paúl fue muy gentil y nos dejó eucalipto recién cortado y salimos completamente recargados, también aprovechamos el tiempo practicando nuestro deporte favorito con nuestra mascota al aire libre en las canchas de césped natural. En la noche encendimos la chimenea y pudimos asar los marshmallow que nos dejaron de cortesía. La despensa que tienen nos ayudó muchísimo para la cena y el desayuno, es muy completa. Realmente nos faltó tiempo para poder aprovechar todo lo que tiene la quinta, sin duda regresaremos pronto."
