"旅の最後に一泊だけ滞在しましたが、足りませんでした。もっともっと連泊したかったです。 ロビーには素敵なクリスマスツリーが飾られていました。家族4人で一部屋に泊まれたのは本当に助かりましたし、バスタブとシャワールームが分かれていたのもよかったです。朝ごはんのビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。フルーツは新鮮でしたし、それがなくなることがなく、常に補充されているのもよかった。スタッフも親切で声をかけてくださり、感謝しています。子供達も大喜びでした。室内プールがあるのも子連れには嬉しいポイントです。そのあとジャグジーで疲れを癒し、旅の締めくくりには最高の1日でした。"

"The room was very noisy due to the traffic outside. Because of Ramadan, two restaurants were not operating, so the dining options were limited. the Italian restaurant did not meet our expectations. The transfer charges are very high."

"The housekeeper did an amazing job at cleaning, changing towels and topping up water. The bed was made up every morning and turn down, looked as if we hadn’t even slept in it. Very professional, prompt and warm service, I cannot fault the service one bit, the service was consistent from the point of check in till past check out. I liked that the staff allowed you to wonder and have your own autonomy without being overbearing, at the same time as being there for you as soon as requested, as an anxious person i really appreciated this."
"I loved the interior design of the room i chose, all furniture and colours matched perfectly. But I do believe the carpet, especially the sides need a professional clean, there are marks on the carper that are not up to standards. The bathroom interior is also high quality and beautifully designed but could do with a deep cleaning, wiping the walls down, as the walls have food/or other stains/dirt them. The housekeepers daily cleaning is not at fault, the type of cleaning I’m referring to is deep professional maintenance."
