"We stayed at the hotel for one night. Contactless check-in. When checking in, we were unable to get into the apartment immediately because one of the hotel guests took the key to the front door. The hotel administration quickly resolved the problem by providing us with an apartment from a different entrance. The apartment is spacious, located on the ground floor. Free parking is available next to the hotel. Guests have access to a kitchenette with everything they need to cook, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There was also coffee, tea, oatmeal, and cookies, which was a nice bonus. We would gladly stay in the apartment again, provided that the comments about cleanliness are taken into account."

"Comfortable beds, quiet. Had a good sleep and fast reply for questions via messages. We also had two additional friends extra price was decent. There was also coffee for the morning which was nice. But mainly the quietness we appreciated, and the helpfulness. Check in easy, Convinient and sufficient information."

"Neat, clean, spacious & quiet apartment. More pleasant on inside than looks from the outside and was great value for our family of five. Had 4 single beds & a sofa bed that could sleep two. Self checkin. We didn’t, but you could organise use of sauna, charcoal grill or shared laundry facilities at an extra cost. It has plenty of free parking. Less than 20 minutes drive to Lappeenranta or Imatra. Our apartment even had a piano! Happy guests :-)"

"The kitchen does not have an oven, if we needed make a meal, the only option was the stove (induction). The surrounding is calm but it might feel a little uneasy for lone traveller. I don't know for sure how safe or unsafe the neighbourhood is."
