"トースハウン教会や港の目の前で、レストランやお店も近くにあり、バスターミナルからも歩いて5-7分程度の非常に便利な場所にあります。ホテルのフロントにスタッフの方がいらっしゃるのは朝9時～夕方5時までですが、バスの時刻表を印刷して下さったり、観光地への行き方を丁寧に教えて下さったり、とても対応が良かったです。部屋はスモールルームを予約したのですが、小さいながらの工夫がされていて、快適に過ごせました。掃除もきれいにされていて清潔です。朝食もコンチネンタルブレックファーストと書かれていましたが、スクランブルエッグ、ベーコンやソーセージの温かい食事もあり、美味しかったです。 It is located in a very convenient location, right in front of Tórshavn Church and the harbor, close to restaurants and shops, and about a 5-7 minute walk from the bus terminal. The hotel front desk staff is only available from 9am to 5pm, but they were very helpful, printing out bus timetables for me and giving detailed directions to tourist spots. I booked a small room, which was small but well thought out and comfortable. The room cleaning is also well done. The breakfast was described as a continental breakfast, but it was delicious, and included hot meals like scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages."

"北欧のホテルにありがちですが、かなり壁に近い場所でシャワーをしないと、シャワーの水が洗面所やトイレの床の方に流れてしまいます。せめてシャワーとの間に数センチの段差か壁があれば良いと思います。あと、水回りから少し臭いがするのが気になりました。ホテルの裏側に面しているので、窓からは大きなパイプやトイしか見えず、トイが割れているので雨が降った時はトイから漏れる雨音がかなり大きくなかなか寝付けませんでした。 This is a kind of common issue in Scandinavian hotels, but unless you take a shower very close to the wall, the water from shower will flow onto the floor of the basin or toilet. I think it would be better if there was at least a few centimeters of step or wall between the shower and the toilet. Also, I was a bit bothered by a smell coming from the bathroom. Since the room faces the backside of the hotel, all you can see from the window are the big water pipes and rain gutters, and since the rain gutters are broken, the sound of rain leaking from them was loud when it rained, making it difficult to fall asleep."

"Everything was excellent. Check-in was done online, with instructions and the entry codes provided 24 hours before, all worked well. My room was clean and comfortable, and linen and towels were good quality. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the bus and ferry terminal, and right by the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants and shops a few minutes walk from the hotel, but the area was very quiet at night, and I slept very well. The receptionist was efficient and helpful and spoke excellent English. Everyone was very obliging. Breakfast was good, with hot food as well as bread, cheese, hams etc. Very good service from start to finish, and highly recommended."

"The hotel is good and decorated in a traditional style. It is located in the very center of Torshavn. The room is not big, but it is tidy. The staff is helpful, the breakfast is good. The Faroe Islands are unknown destination for most, but they exceeded my expectations with appearance, cleanliness, way of life and beautiful landscapes that are worth visiting. I recommend it."

"The location is great it's just in the middle of everything. Close to the teeminal, close to the supermarket, close to local public transport stops, cafes, restaurants. It's perfect. Safe."

"I had a bit of a heating problem, first it felt too cold and when i turned up the heater i woke up in sweats. Not big a problem since I only stayed for 1 night."

"My flight was delayed so that I arrived at 11pm. I had already checked in through the app and had PIN codes to enter the building and room smoothly. My return flight has been cancelled so while I was checking out Vilhelm offered to help reschedule my flight and also get another night directly paid by the airline. This was super smooth and quick. I've never seen sucu service offered before. It was a huge relief for me. He's incredibly friendly and communicative. The restaurant at the hotel serves Thai food which was tasty. Prices seemed lower than other restaurants especially considering the large portion. The elevator is antique but works faster than modern ones. The location is so practical that you can reach all atttactions in a matter of minutes."

"Whilst the bathroom is ok sized, the shower curtain is so close the wall that it sticks to your back. The restaurant had no veggie options. They did upon request but it would be great to have them on the menu. At breakfast, scrambled eggs had their own container but the bacon and sausage container shared the same lid so the egg can be cross contaminated for vegetarians."

"The location was very good, right next to the harbour and within an easy walk of the bus terminal. Reception was warm and welcoming, and easy to book in. My room was clean and tidy and the facilities were good. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice of foods, well cooked and as much as you could eat. The restaurant was also very good, the food was excellent, and the service spot on."

"Not really a question of what was not liked, but rather what was missing. There was a bar, but couldn’t find anyone to serve, so went out. It would also have helped if in my room was some tourist information about the islands, such as a bus route planner and time table, and even more useful a map of the islands and some information about the best tourist spots."
