"スタッフがとても親切で、聞いたことはなんでも答えてくれて、子供への対応もとても素晴らしかったです。ハイキングの後で来たので、子供の足を治療するのにも治療道具を気兼ねなく貸してくれてとても助かりました。歴史のあるホテルに泊まれ、それを親切に教えてもらえて観光で来たからこその知識を得ることができました。 駅からも近く、レストラン街、スーパーへのアクセスもよく、湖までは少し遠いけど、バスも充実（21時にはなくなる）していて、ここを拠点に観光できてよかったです。それとスパにも行きましたが、登り坂ではありますが、若い人なら問題なく歩いてアクセスでき、駅前ホテルなのでバスで行くことも可能でした。 たまたまテラスのある部屋にあたり、夕日を浴びながらのアペロもでき、洗濯物も干せたので最高の滞在になりました。 最後に、2匹の犬達が人懐っこく、犬好きならなおさらいいところかと思います。"
"自分は正直気になりませんでしたが、駅前ということもあり、電車の音が大体21時過ぎか、よく行き来し、電灯も明るかったですが、二重窓、シャッターがあるので、気になる人は閉めても簡易エアコンがあるので暑いこともなくよく対処されているかと思います。部屋の広さもまぁまぁあり、特に不便なところは感じませんでした。"
"We were dropped off at the business centre outside of Aix le Bains by Flixbus and they advised we walked 40 minutes to the town. We phoned the hotel proprietor and he promptly came and picked us and our luggage up and drove us to his hotel without charge. Fantastic"

"All I expected of a French country hotel.Lovely grounds. Quirky room and comfortable. Friendly and atmospheric restaurant who accommodated my partner wanting vegetarian food.Good internet and continental breakfast was fine. We especially enjoyed a bottle of local wine. Parking was great."
