"Pour rendre les clés la dame n’était pas très aimable : pas un mot, elle nous a fait comprendre par un geste qu’il fallait lui donner les clés. Parlait elle français ? Si non, le jeune homme qui nous a attendu pour la remise des clefs aurait pu nous prévenir . C’est dommage ! La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas."

"The apartment itself is exactly as described: spacious, cozy, and very well-kept. The terrace was a lovely bonus, and the fully equipped kitchen made everything very comfortable. The location in Saint-Ouen is fantastic, the Metro Line 13 gets you to the heart of Paris in no time, and the neighbourhood felt safe and pleasant. Arthur was an outstanding host, genuinely one of the most responsive and attentive I've ever had. He was always reachable, always friendly, and always found a solution. He even allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment on our last day so we could enjoy Paris until the afternoon, a small gesture that meant a lot."

"Das Appartement hat genau unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Zwar ist es relativ klein aber sehr modern und funktional eingerichtet, so dass die Größe kein Nachteil ist. Die Lage direkt am Strand mit Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist traumhaft. Wir würden das Appartement jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt, dass check-in war völlig problemlos und sehr praktisch ist der private Parkplatz."
