"The airconditioning is not very effective since a hose (or tube or something) to get the hot air out of the space is missing. Other than that everything was better than expected. Don't rent it if you have difficulty climbing stairs."

"I liked everything! So much that I want my future stays in Paris to be there! I visit the city quite often…but over the last two years just 2-4 times a year due to extensive travel in Asia. And this apartment is it - nicely decorated, real home feel, all possible amenities fora short and long stay equally. Julien, the host is amazing! Great communication, willing to help. Also, internet access made super easy! Great connectivity. I have no words to recommend enough!"

"Un appartamento con tutto il necessario ed anche di piú. Con vista, ultimo piano, ben tenuto, pulito, vicino a fermate bus/metro/treno ed a 30 minuti a piedi da Île de la Cité. Un edificio d'antan, quindi senza ascensore."

"La ubicación es perfecta. Es un antiguo departamento remodelado por dentro con un toque de modernidad. Me llama la atención, ya que nunca lo había visto, es que a la entrada estaba un baño con el toilet y e. el dormitorio solo la ducha, curioso para mí. Pero muy confortable. La atención del anfitrión fue magnífica!!"

"Que es el último piso, no recuerdo si piso 4 o 5 de un edificio antiguo que no tienen ascensor. Para mí fue horrible porque no me lo esperaba ya que viajaba con dos maletas una de 23 kilos, otra de 10-12 kilos y una mochila. Subir todos esos pisos fue una odisea que no la volvería a repetir por nada del mundo, por lo tanto, lo recomiendo solo para pasajeros con equipaje ligero."

"L'appartement est clair et spacieux, très agréable à vivre, c'était un peu comme si un proche avait choisi de s'en aller pour nous permettre de nous loger. L'emplacement est parfait juste à côté de la gare d'Austerlitz et du jardin des Plantes, bien pourvu en supérettes et restaurants de qualité."

"il faut monter 4 étages à pied pour accéder à l'appartement ce qui avec des bagages s'est avéré un peu difficile étant donné notre âge"
