"I’m so glad we stayed on Bateau Mariance although not quite what I’d expected it was full of colour and fun and a lovely welcoming host who looked after us beautifully . Easy to find on the tow path and close to the centre of this delightful little village ."

"it was beautifully located right next to the lively Le Somail with a choice of restaurants. The hostess was so friendly, wonderfully helpful and attentive and provided such a comfortable bedroom, ample breakfast, warn welcome and departure - a must do!!!"

"We spent a wonderful evening on Bateau Mariance! We loved our comfortable room and hot shower after a long day of cycling. Mariance helped us secure our bikes on her boat in the very strong wind. We appreciated her love and care to our stay with a delicious homemade breakfast and honey from her home Madagascar."
