"The owners , Christian and Valerie, were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and , as it was my wife’s birthday, we were served breakfast in our room with a rose freshly picked from the garden; a nice touch."

"Beautifully renovated character property with a great history. The bedroom was large and characterful and the bed very comfortable. Above all, the hosts (and their wonderful Labrador, Yuki) were delightful, warm and welcoming. An excellent stay!"

"Had a very pleasant stay here. The space is more than adequate, particularly if you are out and about for most of your time. Great things about the apartment are the shower - water is hot, plentiful, and great pressure. A good hairdryer. Even an iron and ironing board. Also, some very useful kitchen utensils if you wished to cook at home for any of your meals. The space itself while small is quite nice, but perhaps a little bit more attention to cleanliness would be good. It's by no means "dirty" but I think it could use a good deep clean. LOVED the neighbourhood, we enjoyed an amazing meal in the very close by Zinc restaurant. Comfortable walking distance to most things. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!"
