"A cozy and charming little house in a quiet part of the city. You can park your car in the yard. The place is well-furnished, and the kitchen has everything you need: a dishwasher, coffee machine, stove, microwave, and electric oven. The bedroom is upstairs and is not separated by a door from the space below. We and our dog really enjoyed the small yard with a grill area and a table. The beaches are just a 5-minute drive away."

"the mattresses are quite soft, which might be uncomfortable for some people. Not really a downside, but good to know: you need to bring your own bed linens and towels."

"Cette petite maison est très fonctionnelle et le coin est calme. Les hôtes sont à l'écoute. Nous sommes à 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville de Soulac et juste à côté d'un Lidl donc très pratique pour faire les courses."

"La douche est assez étroite mais on s'en sort tout meme. Les automobilistes roulent très vites donc nous n'avons pas pu faire de promenade aux alentours de la maison ni prendre des vélos pour les enfants qui ont moins de 10 ans. Mais les propriétaires n'y peuvent rien."

"First of all, this house is very different from other alternatives. I have stayed in various houses in different ski regions, but this is one of the best I have ever stepped into. It has been meticulously prepared and designed. It offers amenities that ensure you never get bored while spending time indoors. Tom is very attentive and has complete knowledge of every detail of the house. We stayed here as a group of six male friends, but I definitely want to come back with my wife and children. There were even toys for small children in the house. Everything was meticulously cleaned and well-organized. It was also very very clean which is the most important thing for us. The hot tub was great. So easy to use and always ready to get into. The heater at the entrance was very useful for the ski boots. The sound system and ipad ease of use was great. There is high speed wifi in every corner of the room. kitchen utensils were very high quality. thank you Tom."

"Very cute room with fully equipped kitchenette. Located in a beautiful town with restaurants and bakeries. Caroline was very friendly and helpful with solving our problems. There were no private parking spots but it wasn't too difficult to find public ones nearby."

"The apartment is located in the city center, in walking distance from monuments and bus/train station, but the street is calm and quiet. It's an old building with thick stone walls, so it doesn't get heated in the summer. In the apartment there was everything we needed during our one-week stay."
