"Idéalement situéà 100m des télécabines, à 20 m des allées dEtigny et des commerces. Parking (indispensable en saison à Luchon) facilement accessible. Il ne manque rien dans le logement, tout est là et en excellent état. Merci à N. pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse On recommande sans réserve."

"The property has been thoughtfully renovated to provide a spacious and airy location in a quiet Paris neighbourhood. It is extremely clean and provides everything you need for a short stay. François is very timely, clear and polite in all communications. I highly recommend."
"The owners simpathy and availability to solve any kind of issues. The location for skiing is very good as well as the ski locker. Great place in front of the house to get some baguete or drink very good express coffe. The cuisine evnthough is not large is well equiped . The room has amazing TV for joining eveybody and lots of bathrooms also, it was a very good stay."

"The location is amazing super close to Avenue de Champagne. First floor with old money vibes and nicely refurbished. Very clean. The host was super professional and prompt in advising how to enter the apartment. Keep in mind is an older building so sometimes you might hear the neighbors upstairs (but nothing crazy!)"
