"Very friendly reception and located nearby the accommodation. The accommodation itself is great with two bathrooms and the kitchen is equipped enough so that it allows for easy cooking. They have a nice (and strange) DVD collection and player. It is located right next to the ski lift of Plan Peisey so you are directly on the pistes."

"If you book accommodation with Alpine essence you get a discount on the ski lift passes if you reserve them in advance with them. There was a mistake (not by the reception) with the starting date of the passes where they started a week after we booked the chalet (which is nonsense of course). They noticed the discrepancy between the booking data of the chalet and the lift passes and thought it was strange but did not notify us to check if this is what we really wanted. So we ended up not getting the ski lift passes with discount from them because the date was wrong and it needs to be reserved one week in advance. They did send emails for other smaller details so it would have been nice if they also checked that to avoid such mistakes and save us quite a lot of money."
