"Beautiful houses and rooms. Very well decorated and maintained. Clean and comfortable (beds are a bit on the soft side)."

"No staff after 17:30, which is a bit inconvenient. But instructions were sufficient to stay completely “staff-free”."

"Great location and very spacious cottage for our family of 6 adults and two toddlers. Use of washing machine and dryer was perfect due to having little ones."

"Only one cot was provided (2 were requested much in advance) with a very thin mattress which I was concerned about as my baby was unable to sleep the first night due to feeling the metal bars of the cot below her. We addressed this by padding out with the two spare duvets in the room. Not the safest of ways to sleep! Also we had not been informed of quite significant building works immediately outside the cottage so a lot of diggers and workmen. HOWEVER, they were kind and considerate so we did not feel too disrupted by them at all and the host left us a bottle of champagne which was unexpected and coincidentally placed on our doorstep the day I’d taken some photos of the works ?!"

"Stunning property in a great location, 30 minutes walk outside of Étretat. Leo was a great host, property had all the amenities needed and was very comfortable for our New Years stay."

"There were spokes, glass and metal pieces on every part of the roads within the property. This also caused a major punctured in my car. Being in a relatively remote location, accessibility to towing services were impossible. There was no efforts made to clean to clean the drivable parts of the property."
