"The interior of the property and the patio space out the back were spot on. Spotlessly clean, plenty of space, storage for luggage and clothes. A full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Coffee machine uses eco friendly pods and is easy to use. Full fridge freezer. Good washing machine. The bathroom is enormous and has a walk in Shower and a separate bath. It’s about a ten minute walk to an enormous supermarket and approx a fifteen minute walk into town. The centre of town near the theatre is quite attractive. It’s very close to the Burgundy Champagne canal for cyclists. The property has a garage to store bikes (not cars) there is parking for cars inside the walls of the property. It’s very quiet and the air conditioning is in both the bedroom and lounge."

"Outside of the building unfinished. Small double bed. Poor Internet. We had difficulty finding the property and had to ask neighbours first help. The address was given as ‘Chez Mathieu’ without a number, but this was the label on the door."
