"Beautiful renovated Parisian apartment with high ceilings and wooden floors; excellently equipped (even rice cooker); friendly hosts; central but very quiet residential during night"
"Nothing - just FYI: (1) apartment on 3rd floor without elevator; (2) bathtub, no shower; (3) the hosts asked for a cash deposit of €250 for furniture upon arrival that was returned at the checkout - this is also included the Booking.com info for the apartment"
"Nice area in Courbevoie next to La Defense in west Paris. 10 minute walk to tram, 10 minutes to La Defense station and then RER or Metro to centre of Paris. Stayed only 2 days, Sunday morning was very quiet outside, which was great The apartment appeared to be newly renovated. Cost incl all fees was €107 per night. 1 double bedroom and one sofa bed in a room.on the far side of the apartment. Large screen TV in sitting room. Deep soaking bathtub in bathroom. Top loading clothes washing machine in bathroom too. Owner was friendly and offered to show us the area around the apartment, which we were happy to do. Owner arrived on check out day and we gave keys back."
"Apartment is on third floor above ground level, no lift. We waited about 15 minutes outside entrance for owner to come downstairs to let us in. Kitchen is very small, only enough room for one person to cook at one time. Bathtub/shower needs a shower curtain. Sofabed was uncomfortable to sleep on."

"El departamento es muy lindo y bien decorado, típico estilo francés. El barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro. No hay ruido y se puede descansar muy bien. Lo recomiendo."
"Falta una cortina de ducha pues se moja todo el piso. El inodoro está separado del baño. Está un poco lejos del centro pero hay estaciones de tren cerca."

"Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό και το διαμέρισμα πολύ άνετα. Όμως το προσωπικό και ο ιδιοκτήτης μιλάει μόνο γαλλικά με αποτέλεσμα να είναι δύσκολη η συνεννόηση. Επίσης ζητάει 250 ευρώ ως εγγύηση για να τυχόν ζημιές η οποία επιστρέφεται κατά την παράδοση όμως δεν έχει ούτε ένα προτυποποιημενο έντυπο έτοιμο που να δίνει στον πελάτη ως απόδειξη για την εγγύηση που δίνει. Είναι τουλάχιστον ερασιτεχνικό αυτό."

"Ce n’est pas que j’ai pas aimé, elle est magnifique la baignoire et dans un beau style de l’époque. Mais il faut dire qu’elle n’est pas pratique, et la première fois, il y a des risques de faire une baignoire dans la pièce complète."

"La propreté du lieu"
Cazzaniga Studio des Combes
"Une superbe propriété très bien située proche d'un bourg avec toute les commodités et en même temps en pleine nature. Le jardin est superbe avec une magnifique vue et la maison comporte tout ce qu'il faut avec une personne parée à vous aider. La randonnée peut même commencer au pied de la maison. Bref idéal pour une famille avec des enfants de 20 ans à 18 mois! Je recommande."

"Communication was great from the start. On the 8th floor with a cute lift, we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower lit up at night. The tram was metres away and only two stops to the metro."

"Un endroit de charme , dans le grand calme avec le chant des cigales et des oiseaux, une végétation méditerranéenne luxuriante, une grande et belle piscine à débordement aménagée, une vue sur le massif des Maures, et des propriétaires prévenants aux petits soins en toute discrétion. Un endroit idéal pour de vacances reposantes loin de toute agitation mais avec les commerces à proximité sans oublier les vignes et les domaines viticoles avec des grands crus classés !"

"The property had everything needed for a great stay. The hosts were wonderfully generous with their time and suggestions for local trips. The pool was fantastic, especially for the kids. The property was ideally placed for visiting the beaches at Cannes as well as Nice and some of the wonderful smaller villages in the region (such as Saint Paul de Vence and Gourdon). Can’t recommend this property highly enough."
