"Quand nous sommes rentrés dans l'appartement il faisait 9 degrés. Nous avons lancé le chauffage et ça disjonctait systématiquement. Nous avons utilisé aussi le poêle à pellets. Heureusement mais nous avons dû acheter des sacs de pellets non mis à disposition. Le tapis de bain était dégoûtant. Le plaid du salon pour se réchauffer n'avait pas été lavé et sentait mauvais. Au niveau du matériel, ce serait bien d'avoir des couvercles pour les poêles , plus de couverts pour pouvoir utiliser le lave-vaisselle et plus de torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle éventuellement."

"The apartment has a somewhat unique structure, with a very nice view and convenient transportation. The room is clean and the facilities are also complete. The landlord, Olga, is especially friendly and responsible, and any issues during the stay were communicated and resolved promptly."

Check-in went smoothly, the flat was very comfortable and clean, and communication with the hosts was perfect. They were very accommodating, my request for a later check-out was honoured immediately.
