"Very comfortable and quiet. Access to farming roads made for some wonderful walks throughout the battlefield, memorials, and cemeteries. Also, nearby Albert, Peronne, and Bapaume provided cafes and markets for shopping and groceries. Most of all, Diane was a super host and scholar of the Great War. The quietude of a small village and fresh country air make this a cozy property and one that will be our go-to for future Somme visits!"

"The host was kind and welcomed us with a warm, pleasant smile. The apartment is cozy and surrounded by nature, just a short distance from Minerve. It’s a special place to relax and explore the nearby villages. The breakfast was excellent too, a lovely touch to start the day."

"Spacious well appointed Apartment with everything you needed, including parking if desired. Loved the auto shutters that blocked out light, and the two WC’s and showers. Excellent communication and helpfulness from owner. Good location, close to public lifts and escalators to negotiate the steepness of the area. Good value."
