"The tranquility of the property, the idyllic garden, the friendliness and attentiveness of our hosts M and Mme MONET, the breakfast, the proximity to the local beach which was only a short walk away, plus the proximity to the nearby Plage des Chevrets and the Colette restaurant where we enjoyed a fine meal overlooking the water."

"Perfekte Lage zwischen Stadt und Natur. Alles ist nach kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Beide Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Sie haben mit uns Ausflüge geplant, Tipps gegeben und täglich ein leckeres Frühstück serviert. Das Zimmer mit Blick in den Garten hat uns bestens erholen lassen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absoluter Tipp für einen Besuch hier in der Umgebung."

"Auf deutsche Besucher wartet eine Überraschung: Catherine ist so eine nette Dame und sie spricht gut und gerne deutsch. Sie hat viele Tipps und macht ein supertolles Frühstück. Der Name des Hauses ist Programm: das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten auf dem Land - Erholung pur. Eine schönes, charismatisches Zimmer - unbedingt buchen!"

"Very friendly and exceptionally nice staff. Everything that could be done was done promptly! Thank you for that; it wasn't something to be taken for granted and more than one would expect at that price. The breakfast is adequate for the low price, and ample parking is free. "The hotel is located within a very, very short walk from the ferry terminal. Part of the area/stretch on the harbor with primarily restaurants and some shops, the hotel is on the first floor and somewhat buffered from the occasional crowd and buzz. The woman and the two helpers managing the hotel could not be nicer: patient and helpful with explanations about the immediate area and the island. Although the reception area and hallway are somewhat smelly and stuffy, the small room I occupied was tastefully renovated and comfortable, bright, very quiet and had a perfect view of a very beautiful private garden. (Cf; picture. Backstreet, rear of the hotel.) If you want to explore the entire island, the location is perfectly central allowing you to get to the four quadrants very easily (by bike). And, yes, the hotel has good bike storage in a space at the rear of the hotel."
