"Staff seemed curt but I think it seemed as if they were very busy & didn’t have capacity to deal with customer requests. We didn’t have enough shower gel in wall-mounted shower gel dispenser for 2 people for 1 night’s accommodation. No milk provided for room coffee & coffee."

"Our room (114) was extremely dark (ridiculously so) and rather old & tired. One of the main front of house members of staff had an unfortunate, rather rude way of talking to guests. Tiny towel rail wasn’t enough to deal with our wet cycling kit!"
