"The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. it's not luxurious but it's not luxury pricing. It's a fair price. Breakfast was good. The hotel restaurant was surprisingly excellent and at both dinner and breakfast they took care to cater for my gluten-free son. It was very quiet."

"Brilliant stop for weary travellers. Last minute booking on the way to Tignes as the weather was too bad to get up the mountain. I think the room was £64 which was perfect for what we needed. This hotel gets a lot of heavy use which shows in the decor, but the room was spotless crisp sheets and very quiet. The real surprise was supper. A set menu of Couscous with either chicken, sausage or vegetarian. I had chicken my wife had veggie. We and the other diners in the room agreed that we had never had better. Full of flavour and completely authentic cooked my the owners mother. It was such a surprise. Absolutely brilliant. Breakfast, which was put on just for the two of us was standard continental with freshly squeezed orange and basically all you could eat. I would absolutely stay here again. Oh and the bar was open as long as we needed. The patron was lovely and I really felt looked after."
