"部屋に電気ポットがなかったので、フロントにリクエストしましたが、すぐに部屋に届けてくれましたので問題はなかったです。"

"クリスマスマーケットの際に利用しました。全てのクリスマスマーケット会場まで非常に近く、買ったものをおきにホテルに戻るなど、ちょくちょくホテルに戻りながらクリスマスマーケットを堪能できました。 水回り、部屋全て綺麗で朝食も美味です！レセプションも24時間空いており、親切です。"

"This is a very good hotel. We only spent one night there, but would happily come back. The room was well-organised, with everything we needed, and beds are comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, with a good mix of everything - including an impressive selection of Alsatian honeys! - and well worth booking. The staff were also very helpful - we went straight to the opera (only ten mintutes walk away) after we arrived, so had to dine late, and the night receptionist gave great advice as to late-opening restaurants nearby."

"Don't really know why this is a 4* property. Usual tiny hotel with paper thin walls and lots of noise. Well, there was no mould at least. But every morning I woke up at 6.27 because someone was blow drying their hair - it sounded almost like next to my bed. And the automatically banging doors on the floor made sure you heard every neighbor coming and going. But considering the price - what you get is seriously overpriced."
