"Very helpful, friendly staff. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. The hotel is located about 500m from my route, but also close enough to be able to walk into the centre of Chartres to see the splendid sons et lumières."
"Unfortunately, the booking reference and pin did not work. For some strange reason, the 88 cents taxes de séjour was not included in the price I paid through Booking.Com, and, as a result, we had to sit outside for over an hour and a half until Reception opened....I hope Booking.com can sort this out for the future. Had we arrived late, we would not have been able to access the room at all."

"僕がこのホテルを予約したのは、バルコニー付きの部屋が絶景だから。おそらくモンサンミシェルの物件の中で一番の絶景だと思います。スタッフの案内や気遣いも素晴らしい。ただ、モンサンミシェルのホテルの多くは、経営上グループ化が進んでいて、実際にチェックインしたのは島の入り口から近い、オーベルジュ、サンピエールでした。ここは１階がレストラン、２階がホテルフロントなので、そのことを知ってないと探し回ることになります。レストランスタッフに尋ねることができれば問題ありませんが。レストランでの夕食や朝食も、まぁ合格です。ただ、客室はホテルから遠く離れており、何百段か階段を登らなければなりません。つまり夕食や朝食は、その逆をいかなくてなりません。僕がモンサンミシェルに来るのは５回目で、本土側に宿泊したこともありますが、やはり島内の宿泊は格別の雰囲気です。しかも海を見渡す絶景の部屋ですから、登り降りの大変さを補って余りある感動が待っています。今回は本土側に安いアパートを３泊借り、真ん中の一泊をモンサンミシェル島内にしました。もちろん大きいスーツケースはアパートに置いておき、最小限のバックパックで島に渡るためです。日程に余裕があるなら、ぜひそうなさってください。元気な方なら、パリから１泊だけの弾丸ツアーで来る手もあるでしょう。早朝のミサ（６：５０）は入り口が違うところに変わりましたので、チェックが必要です。また、入場の時「旅行者はダメ、祈る人だけ」と言われるようになりました。良心の呵責を感じながら「祈る人です(Prayer)」と答えて入りました。"
